RIP: Miriam Colón (pictured) passed away March 3 at the age of 80. She was a giant of theater as an actress and founder of the Puerto Rico Traveling Theater in New York City. She also shined bright on TV and the silver screen. Here are a couple of her obituaries: Latina magazine and The New York Times.

Give me an F: IMDB, the world’s largest database of film, has made it easier to find films that have been directed by women, written by women and/or pass the Bechdel Test. These films–currently more than 21,000 titles–now have an F-rating. Learn more at CNBC.
